Composite of two renders using Daz Studio. I downloaded the free Daz Studio from www.daz3d.com and dabbled a bit to try it out. The effect was achieved by rendering a regular skin texture map, and then swapping it for a muscle texture map for the second render. The two were then composited in Photoshop.
